ESDA was born out of the sheer determination and passion for technology that she possessed. With over 17 years of experience, Sonali has worked as the Director of Late Bhausaheb Hiray S.S. Trust’s Institute of Computer Application. She has completed her MCA and is currently pursuing her PhD from Pacific University. She is a LnT certified trainer for “Train the trainer” program and IBM trainer for Rational Rose. She is also a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Over the last 12 years, Mit has gained valuable cross industry experience while working some of the largest brands on the Indian market. His versatile skill set includes planning, operations and execution that have helped him drive business impact for his clients.
He was responsible for managing business operations and risk management for Hindustan Unilever, Hindustan Zinc, Reliance Industries, Oberoi Realty, Taj Hotels, Kalpataru, Integrow Asset Management, Pidilite Industries, Navneet Education & Prince Pipes.
Over the last 12 years, Tushar has worked as a professional in the field of 2D / 3D Animation & Video Editing in Mumbai, Delhi & Lucknow.

In her own words, she says,"My life for a long, long time had been like most average class Indians. With a degree in Computer Science and eventually becoming the Director at a major college in Mumbai, I was fully content with what I had in my life and asked for nothing more. However, in the summer of 2019, while sitting in the hall listening to a lecture about paradigm shifts by Ramashree Yadav, a few brain cells inside me clicked, triggering me to snap out of my cocoon and do something for the betterment of the society. While this wasn’t a completely out of the box idea for me, as my grandparents had always imparted the motivation of adding values to others’ lives at an early age, the idea that was born out of it was indeed out-of-the-box. Enter ESDA into my life. My mentor Ramesh Jain motivated me throughout my journey."
